During the visit of Minister of Foreign Affairs to Poland, 3 MOUs were signed in order to expand economic cooperation between Iran and Poland.
These MOUs were signed during the Trade Congress of Iran and Poland in Warsaw in the presence of Dr. Mohammad Javad Zarif, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Ramin Mehmanparast, Ambassador of Iran in Poland as well as a 60-member economic committee and the authorities of Polish Ministry of Economic Development.
One of the aforementioned MOUs was signed between Social Security Investment Company (SSIC) and Director General of Polish Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Mahmoud Makhdoumi, Managing Director of SSIC Holding of Energy said: through this MOU, 4 projects of small scale generators, heat recovery from a petrochemical complex, heat recovery from cement factory and also turbo expand installing in gas pressure regulating stations in business divisions of the SSIC are being fulfilled.
Pursuing this MOU, RAFAKO Company will finance the project of heat recovery and small scale generators building.
Mr. Makhdoumi added that the polish company will finance 75 to 85 percent of the needed financial resources and will commit to fulfill the project with the cooperation of domestic contractors.
